DIVINE HELP THROUGH PRAYER

In 2 Kings 6:26-27(MSG) The Bible says, “One day the king of Israel was walking along the city wall. A woman cried out, “Help! Your majesty! The King of Israel answered the woman that cried to him for helper and said “if God won’t help you, where on earth can I go for help.” God is our source and divine helper. This is especially true for a believer. True help comes from God. Until God helps you the help of man is in vain. Even when humans help us, it is because God moved upon them to do so. Otherwise, humans naturally are not helpers. The help of God is the maker of destinies of men. How far you’ll go in life can be largely determined by how much of God’s help you have within your reach. Your life will only be as easy as the help God has provided. Whereas the challenges of life are real, God’s help is more real and is available for anyone that will cry to God for it.

I love this saying that goes, “If there is a man to pray, there is a God in heaven to answer.”

This is why prayer is a necessity for a believer, because the place of prayer is where you express your desperation for God’s help and the way God will answer your prayer is usually the help, He releases to you for whatever you need. If you read the story of the man Jabez in 1 Chronicles 4:9-10, you will see how prayer turned his circumstances around.

Today I Prophesy, that the help of God that guarantees a turn around is certain for anyone that will engage God and His Word in ceaseless prayers. Your altar of prayer is where you encounter the outstretched hand of God. Any believer that can pray will never lack the visible help of God.

There’s a covenant promise from God our Father in Ephesians 3:20, that if you would dare to pray, the Lord said He will not just answer you, He will answer you in an exceeding and abundant measure, far above what you can think or imagine. In my walk with God over the years, I have been privileged to enjoy first-hand, God’s supernatural help everywhere I go. And I can tell you that God’s Word in Ephesians 3:20 is not an exaggeration. I have seen God move on my behalf so much that I cannot share details unless He gives me the liberty of the Spirit to do so. You also can have a personal experience of His marvelous help; He is more than willing to lavish it on you if you would only cry to Him for help.

PRAYER:

O God my Father, I receive help from above. O Lord turn my life around and let Your Holy Spirit fire up my prayer life in the name of Jesus.

Remember: Spend at least 30 minutes at a time during your devotion praying in the Holy Ghost without ceasing. Jude 1:20 and 1 Thessalonians 5:17
