I CHOOSE TO GIVE THANKS Pt. 4

"And it came to pass, when he was in a certain city, behold a man full of leprosy: who seeing Jesus fell on his face, and besought him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.

And he put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will: be thou clean. And immediately the leprosy departed from him. And he charged him to tell no man: but go, and shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them. But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities." (Luke 5:12-15)

Believers today don’t know what they are missing when they don’t come back to give thanks to God when miracles happen in their lives. The Bible says, “It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord.” Why is it a good thing?

Read Luke 17:11-19

That means it is a bad thing to be unthankful. The nine who did not come back never received their complete healing. After every act of God, He waits on the other side for an acknowledgement from you. This shows that God keeps record of the good deeds we do. And every blessing He gives that goes unacknowledged disqualifies a person from receiving further blessings.

Perfection is obtained through thanksgiving. The other nine lepers were cleaned, but only the one who came back to give thanks was made whole – complete or perfect.

So Leviticus 7:12 is a scripture you want to pay attention to this month and see how God in His mercy will raise you to glory and honor…….. So for every little breakthrough you receive this month, come and give God thanks, don’t keep quiet. Be grateful don’t complain , give thanks.

“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." (1 Thessalonians 5:18)

Make up your mind today and start declaring:

I Choose To Give Thanks To God In Every Situation.
