MAY GOD REMEMBER YOUR SERVICE

Whatever area of service you are diligent in, you will receive a reward from the Lord. Most believers today don’t serve to the point of reward. If you are not rewarded by God, you did not get to the reward line. “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.” Colossians 3:23-24

You can’t say you are a graduate when you dropped out of school in your second semester. What qualifies you to be a graduate is when you participate in the final year exams and finish with good grades from your cumulative. God is not just the Alpha; He is also the Omega; He finishes whatever He starts.

A lot of Christians give up too easily in life, they fail to remember that PRESSURE is the norm whenever we are close to the reward line in God’s service. Remembrance is a product of an act, whether good or bad. There are people who are remembered for good, others are remembered, for evil. There are people who are remembered for being founding members but there are those who are remembered for finishing. It is never about how you started, but how you finish. God remembers and rewards finishers, not starters. That is why the Apostle Paul was excited to announce to Timothy, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8

The secret to the top is never how qualified you are or how prayerful you are, but how faithfully you served. The man Mordecai was remembered and became a recipient of the king’s reward because of his faithful service.

Mordecai served the interest of the King [Ahasuerus] by revealing a plot to eliminate him. When it was time for God to reward Mordecai, He gave the king a sleepless night, and set in motion royal remembrance, altering Haman’s narratives. There are people who must lose sleep for your sake; there are those who must remember you for good; there are sensitive quarters in which your name must be mentioned and spoken well of. This resonates well with the story of Joseph, while he was in prison; the bible says, “Then spake the chief butler unto Pharaoh, saying, I do remember my faults this day… Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon. Genesis 41:9-14

I prophesy in the name of Jesus, that the Kings who have the power to deliver unto you the reality of your dreams and aspirations, will lose their sleep until you are favored and helped, in the Name of Jesus Christ!

This month, you shall not be remembered for evil, but for good, in the Mighty name of Jesus! In this month of August, you shall see the end of your lack, the end of your sufferings and pain in the Mighty name of Jesus!

PRAYER: O God my Father remember my services and reward me according to Your word in the name of Jesus. The same way You remembered the children of Israel and delivered them from four hundred and thirty years of bondage, deliver me and my family today from any bondage we are in, in the name of Jesus. Amen!
